Great food, huge portions, fantastic value for lunch.

Great food, efficient and friendly service. No buffet, but the prices are so reasonable and the portions very generous. The dishes they offer are the classics you crave but without that over salted mushiness you might find elsewhere.

Good food. The worker there are really nice. Would highly recommend. Not to expensive and yeah good food.

Delicious Chinese food. Very generous portions, and a $6.95 lunch special make this a go to stop for people living and working in South West Bloomington!My very favorite part is that when you order a dish you can tell it is not mass produced. A general Taos chicken combo does not come out of the freezer, but is hand breaded, fresh and oh so tasty! Also, you can pick between egg rolls or cream cheese wontons for the side too!

I've eaten a lot of Chinese food in my life, and even become accustomed to some of the general low-quality aspects of the industry, but no matter what I cannot recommended this place. The people are incredibly kind, so it's kind of hard to say this, but their food is really bad. Bad, as in I stopped eating there because I got sick every time I did. I don't know if it's a food health and safety issue, but unfortunately the quality of the food here is something to be questioned.

So sad ,Don ho's use to be fantastic,when the original owners owned , last night got the seseme chicken ,totally soaked in grease no spice ,I threw it out and if you want homemade hot mustard they charge you for it ,the old owners never did . Sad close too home not going back .We have tried a few times now , wouldn't recommend !! Fried rice ,looked like brown rice No flavor !!

We have lived down the street from Don Ho for over four years and have just now started coming here. I can't believe I've missed out on their delicious food this whole time! The staff are wonderful, the food is absolutely delicious, and they give large enough portions to make meals for a few days afterward. It has become one of our favorite restaurants!

Decent Chinese food. Their fried wonton is really good. It has to be a family recipe because most places are not that good.

Delisious food. We go here any time we want chineese food. The owners are very nice and pleasent to talk to. No reservation needed to dine in. Take out is fast and efficient.Portion sizes for take out are very generous.

I initially had their food at a pot luck when someone ordered a huge tray of lo mein and it was SO amazing. After getting the name of the restaurant, my husband and I decided to stop in for some take out one day on our way home. We stuck to our favorites, lo mein, sweet and sour chicken, egg rolls and cream cheese puffs. Everything was excellent! We had our food within 10 minutes, it was reasonably priced and the portions were huge. True to form, all of the food tasted great and we will definitely be heading back there to try more. Highly recommended.

This place is SUPER cute and has really awesome bartenders!

So accommodating for vegan and vegetarians... my number one place to order take out... the owner is so personable on a first name basis. She is wonderful... and the food is just as good!

Great service, great prices but the chicken is weirdly mushy and soft. You'd expect a crunch with it but you bite into it, and it's doughy. Maybe it's for a particular taste, but definitely not for me.

Quaint neighborhood spot with a large variety of choices. Our daughter loves the lo mein noodles. The portions are ridiculously large so a few meals go a long ways with our family.

They have some of the best Lo Mein noodles in the cities.

Was in the area for a sports event and wanted to see if could find some Chinese food. They are located in a small strip mall, a bit on the small side for the dining area but looks more popular for take out. Staff was friendly and attentive. We ordered Won ton soup, chicken fried rice, sesame chicken, chicken lo mein, and egg rolls.Won ton soup is for my daughter who likes just the won tons, no complaints from her.Sesame chicken was ok, the sauce wasn't quite as spicy as I am used to but used nice big chucks of white meat.Egg rolls were basic with more veggies then meat but be warned that the spicy mustard is very spicy.Chicken Lo Mein was good with thinner noodles, white meat chicken, and a good sauce although a bit more veggies could be mixed in.Chicken Fried Rice was on par with the Lo Mein with white meat chicken, good sauce but could use a bit more veggies mixed in.Overall a decent little Chinese place to visit if in the area.

The food was fresh and amazing. The staff was very nice and kind. I 10/10 recommend this place.

I like this place and it's close to work but there are a couple things I wish were better. First the cream cheese wontons have very little cream cheese, it's almost all crispy part (see example photo). I would even take half as many wontons if they just increase the cream cheese. The other thing I wish was different would be that the go easy on the mushrooms and introduce broccoli. I get a meat-free entree sometimes but it only has, mushrooms (too many), snow peas (not much), bean sprouts (hardly noticeable) and onions. It tastes pretty good in general and the portions are pretty big.

Dang, I was disappointed with this one. Don Ho is in a convenient location for me, so I was hoping I'd like it. I prefer Mom&Pop Chinese places. I'd say this is barely a step above something like Leann Chin. I had sesame chicken and tried a couple appetizers. Unfortunately, it was about as good as what you'd get from the frozen food aisle at the grocery store. Prices were fine and my food was prepared quickly.

Very disappointed. Good service, but the food has no taste. Took two bites of my food and could not finish, had no taste(Chow Mein) For the next couple of hours I felt nauseated.

Went on a Friday night around 8- the place was empty. I’m guessing their big gig is takeout. No delivery unfortunately. Friendly staff, great prices, huge portions. Food came fresh and fast.

We order take out from here at least twice a month. Good good, fast, reasonable prices. My grand kids think it's a total treat. Lemon chicken is great and the Moo Shu pork. Fried rice is awesome. Good chicken wings.

I just moved in the area and tried this place for the first time. The fried rice was the best but nothing special. If you order the orange chicken get the sauce on the side because it was soggy and mostly breading. It was not good. The pork egg food young was average but again not anything special. The wontons where not very good and we didnt get any sweet and sour sauce with them. Honestly all in all I would not come back and would be better going to panda Express and leann chin for half the price and same quality. This costed 35 which is way too much for the qu9pf this food. I will not be back which sucks because we just moved in the area and if it was good would probably order once a week. Hope this helped someone else and was able to save you the money wasted.

The fried rice and wontons were good but we were not fans of the sweet and sour chicken or the pork.

Always amazing! Best pan fried dumplings! I'm one to order and try different things and I am always impressed with what ever I get.

Moved to the area a few months ago and this was the first place we tried- it's SO good and the service is amazing!! Everything we've ordered has been better than expected, and has always been consistent. You can never go wrong with the classic cream cheese wontons and fried rice, but they have an extensive menu and great prices, and I can't wait to try more!

Don Ho is always excellent, the Hot and Sour soup, Egg Foo Young, Shrimp with Lobster Sauce...it's all SO good.
